The digital library features several collections highlighting the theatre productions of Dulaang Unibersidad ng Pilipinas (DUP) from 2014 to 2023. Dulaang UP is the nation’s prominent academic theater organization, which was established in 1976 by Tony Mabesa. Through the years, the organization has produced countless magnificent theatre artists and compelling show productions. As a training ground for emerging talents, a venue for both published and original works, and a source of fresh artists for both local and worldwide theater, film, television, and even the advertising industries, Dulaang UP has developed a reputation for innovation and excellence in theatre. As such, the creators of this digital archive aimed to present the organization’s 2014-2023 theatre productions to showcase the beauty of theatre and the incomparable talents of Filipinos worldwide.
